System admin to receive an email when certifications/training entries are nearing the expiry date

A request from Flomatik for system admins to receive an email when certifications/training entries are nearing the expiry date (for example 3 months prior to expiry). This will allow the organisation to then start actioning renewals/additional training etc. to ensure they are compliant for example.

This would be useful to be broken down by security group. i.e Office and IT manager looks after Health and Safety and IT training/certificates
