Consider expanding skill levels from 4 to 5
Following the public inquiry into the Grenfell Tower tragedy, our industry has rightly become far more regulated. A central feature of these reforms is the strengthened focus on competence management. Several industry papers now reference five defined competence levels (A–E), which cannot currently be mapped within StaffCircle. Introducing a fifth competence level, even as an optional configuration for organisations, would not only enable alignment for my organisation but could also open doors for StaffCircle across the construction sector and its wider supply chain.
