Reduce clicks and simplify objective updates

Objective update experience needs simplifying as the current objective pop‑up creates unnecessary steps. Users must read instructions, open sections, and select prompts before they can take a simple action like typing a progress update.

To improve usability, I would suggest:
- Moving the 'information section directly beneath the title so context is immediately clear.
- Removing one of the two 'is this objective completed' questions.
- Opening the progress section by default, with an active dialogue box ready for typing.
- Remove the requirement to select 'on track' etc if it is already selected as often, it doesn't need changing.

This would make instructions largely unnecessary so they can be removed too and it will allow users to focus on updating progress quickly.
