Increase space/view in pop-ups

Reviews and objectives appear in pop-ups which are extremely small. When opening up an objective or review (on a laptop screen especially) the space for editing accounts for less than 20% of the overall screen. If all drop down's were collapsed by default, it would help. But the overall size is just too small to work in. All pop-up windows just present headings.
