Ability to create ghost Roles in People > Configuration

Ability to create ghost roles to be created in the People > Configuration area utilising AI to build the description and skills. This would be really useful when planning restructures or future planning where you don't want the rest of the org to have visibility of proposed roles within the planning stages.
