Turning off/ Making objectives invisible

The customer has asked for the possibility of Objectives to be turned off if these aren't being used. Company does not use objectives and looks at things more holistically and it panics the employees

AmyMy company wants to include personal goals (objectives) in the reviews, we feel we are just duplicating ourselves adding them in two areas, so we would like this area to be switched off.
