Add the ability to re-order the tab's for Objective and Skills Assessments inside a review

Depending on the structure and sequence of your review/one2one/appraisal you may want to talk about or review the objectives first in a review or perform a skills assessment before reviewing development objectives. This will require the ability to re-order the tabs for Objectives and Skills inside the review to come before or after each other or the feedback question tabs

Samantha RushtonThis would be very useful. Currently all questions are done first. I would like to review the Objectives and then add comments. Same will Skills Assessment
