a way to mark an objective as ‘not complete’ but to be archived. This could be by, in the section, adding an is this objective complete question, adding a response of ‘no’ or ‘incomplete’. This will recognise the fact that an objective can be set, but not achieved at all, rather than a rule of 70%. Or of course simply removing the rule may suffice
