Option for all Line Managers to see all department OKR's/SMART objectives in manage mode
As part of the OKR process, departments are able to see all department objectives as they may need to link to another department Key result to support. These are then reviewed as a team monthly.

NicolaThis is imperative to the success of our company using Staff Circle. We are a modern tech company and we don't work in siloed departments. We work in cross functional groups with some employees being in 4 groups! Our line managers have to set their teams individual objectives to link to department and working groups objectives so to only have visibility of individual departments just isn't working for us. We are considering having the the majority of our employees in a merged department to be able to facilitate this. But it would be much easier if department objectives were open for all to see or there was a toggle where you could make it private or not private?
