Weighting Objectives
All work objectives are not created equal! :) We would like the ability to weight the objectives so that the scoring will be more reflective of the time, effort, and attention given by the employee. In weighting objectives, it will provide relevant acknowledgement to your team members that some objectives require a very heavy lift to complete.

Mark Seemann AdminWe get the use case but we removed the weighting feature several years ago because of the complexity for managers in managing these so this may require a different approach to be both easy to administer and effective. Currently there are Objective "priority" flags which can be customised by the administrator and applied to objectives. At the moment these are just tags for searching and also have a visible colour but it may be possible to extend these to add a weighting component. We will review for Objectives v4 project this year.
